Description:

Responsible for implementing hospital and/or service line goals within the area supervised. Accountable clinical, fiscal and service quality outcome c within the overall guidelines set by the Department Director. Provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to professional personnel of the inpatient units of the hospital. Supports the professional practice model, standards of nursing practice and the legal and industry standards related to the Service Line. Performs other duties as assigne

Qualifications: (Minimum qualifications for the position)

Certification/Registration: Current Louisiana RN licensure and CPR required.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, B.
Experience: Three to five years of current clinical practice experience in various practive areas. One year experience in inpatient rehababilition required. Management experience required.C.
Special qualifications: Must be able to effectively lead and mentor staff, must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, a strong commitment to the profession of nursing and outstanding customer service.
