DIRECTOR OF PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES

Our client is a prestigious Medical Center located in Minneapolis – St. Paul. We are currently engaged in a confidential search for a Director of Perioperative Services. This is a high profile position in a progressive institution and requires the candidate to have proven success in surgical services management including:
• Operational / Administrative direction for the functions of preoperative, peri-anesthesia, and postoperative services.
• Works with partners across the organization to assure effective communication
• Provides leadership in implementing hospital's strategic goals in operational, customer service, and total quality excellence.
• Acts as an 'integration agent' to ensure surgical services' patient satisfaction across departments and, as applicable, divisions.
• Facilitates and ensures compliance with all Federal, State, Local and other regulatory bodies including Human Resources process and programs.
• Manages budgetary resources within financial parameters. Develops and implements operational and strategic plans.

The Director of Perioperative Services will have 3 clinical managers and 150 – 170 FTE's
