Description:
Our client, a leading Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Business Process Outsourcing company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales of Physician Services. Their solutions encompass a comprehensive suite of platform enabled back-office services that span the revenue cycle workflow from patient registration, charge capture, claims processing and receivables management. These solutions are focused on increasing the operating margins and cash flow generation of their healthcare clients by deploying efficient business processes, proprietary re-engineering methodologies and technology enabled automation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Knowledge of hospital and physician markets relative to revenue cycle services.
• Knowledge of hospital/physician groups billing procedures, coding and account resolution
• Knowledge of patient accounting workflow, specific to hospital and physician business office operations
• Knowledge of hospital/physician billing systems and their workflow, integration.
• Work closely with account management team to see ongoing operations.
• Ability to understand and analyze Age Trial Balance reports and Cash Flow statements.
• Ability to identify ways to improve cash flow results to help customer obtain additional cash collections.
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or related work experience.
• 5 years of direct selling experience to hospital and physician groups in revenue cycle services.
• Experience in providing health care services specific to revenue cycle services and/or large physician groups.
• Prior experience selling to the C-level, VP and Patient Accounting Directors.
• Experience in preparing presentations utilizing ROI value propositions.
• Successful sales track record over the last 3 years.
• Ability to provide solid client references in the market.
• Ability to provide leads
