POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining the annual planning process for the Medical Center, including plan formation, implementation and evaluation, ensuring that the plans of the medical center are reflective of the priorities of the health system. Provide support to the medical staff leadership and department managers in the development and expansion of clinical programs, ambulatory care initiatives and support services. Coordination and preparation of planning analyses related to market performance, product lines, demographics and research. Heavily involved in the implementation and maintenance of the decision support system, a pricing strategy and a managed care strategy.
Focus on industry relations, increased retention of recruited physicians and improved profitability of Medical Center and its affiliates.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Five years of health care administration, healthcare finance and planning experience; extensive experience in forecasting feasibility analysis and project management is required.
