PHARMACY CLINICAL MANAGER

Description:

Provide oversight of clinical programs to ensure maximization and efficiency of clinical processes, support proper utilization of medications in the clinical setting, evaluates new medications and technologies, ensures that medication therapy is safe, rational, cost effective and consistant with hospital policies, coordinates and facilitates Meditech Database Management, liaison for schools of pharmacy and pharmacy student clerkships, preceptor for pharmacy students. Qualifications include /Graduate of ACPE accredited school of pharmacy at a college or university, Virginia license, 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or an ASHP-approved pharmacy residency or fellowship program. Location is northern Virginia.
