Description:

Responsible for the overall quality and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within a single facility. Plans, develops, implements and monitors business. Develops and evaluates effectiveness of associates and ongoing programs. Coordinates efforts with District Manager to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with the larger area. Maintain a caseload regularly, achieving 50% associate efficiency unless otherwise directed by the District Manager. Minimum of five (5) years experience, two (2) years in leadership role, or have served as a Clinical Specialist or Master Clinician. Graduate from an accredited four (4) year program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology and must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required. Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.
