One of our favorite clients is seeking clinical pharmacists (both general clinical and oncology). The successful candidate should have a residency or five years experience in a decentralized role. Previous Emergency Department experience is a plus. This is an award-winning hospital with superior management and wide berth for clinical development. Pharmacist will provide timely, accurate and cost effective pharmaceutical care. The Registered Pharmacist is accountable for the delivery of pharmaceutical care within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization. Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage pharmaceutical care, including delegating tasks to and providing direction to other members of the pharmacy team· Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills· Performs work independently with minimum supervision, and is effective in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities:
B.S. or Pharm. D., Ohio License, ASHP Residency or 5 years in a decentralized role, oncology experience a plus.
